30-Day Limited Warranty
Coverage on all repairs
All repairs performed at Gators come with a 30-day limited warranty covering both parts and labor. If you experience any issues with your repair within 30 days of service, bring your device back to our Starkville location and we'll fix it free of charge.
What's Covered
Parts & Labor
All replacement parts installed and the labor performed during your repair service.
Workmanship
Any issues arising from our repair process or installation of parts during the repair.
Defective Parts
Replacement parts that fail or malfunction due to manufacturing defects.
Free Re-Repair
If covered issues occur within 30 days, we'll fix it again at no additional charge.
Warranty Exclusions
The following types of damage are NOT covered under our 30-day warranty:
Cracked Screens
Any new cracks, breaks, or physical damage to screens after repair completion.
Physical Damage
Drops, impacts, crushing, bending, or any new physical trauma to the device.
Liquid Damage
Water damage, spills, moisture exposure, or any liquid contact after repair.
Water-Damaged Repairs
We do NOT warranty any repairs performed on devices with existing liquid damage.
Unauthorized Repairs
Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Gators after our service.
Normal Wear & Tear
Gradual degradation from regular use, including battery capacity reduction over time.
Computer Repair Deposit
A $50 deposit is required for all computer repairs before service begins.
Special Order Parts
Half down payment required for any special order parts before we place the order.
