Check-In Terms & Conditions

Please review our policies before bringing your device for repair at either location

You agree to allow Gator Computers, LLC (aka "we" and "us") to fix your equipment. Equipment includes all of the following: computers, cell phones, iPads, iPods, tablets, gaming consoles, etc. We will only perform and provide computer services and cell phone repairs as requested by the customer. We will conduct reasonable, honest and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support but at times specific results cannot be guaranteed.

All contact information you provide will only be used by us to contact you regarding your equipment repairs.

You agree to allow our technicians to install anti-virus and any other additional software needed to perform the required services.

In some cases your equipment may be non-repairable. In this case you will be contacted and advised on how best to proceed.

The length of time required to service and repair your equipment is not predictable. Some repairs may require additional time to complete.

Data Loss: Gator Computers, LLC (or its technicians) are not to be held responsible for any data loss on your equipment. We strive to preserve/save your data but it is the equipment owner's responsibility to make the necessary backups of important programs and files.

We are not responsible for the loss of DVDs, USB drives, SD cards, Micro SD cards, SIM Cards or Memory Cards left inside of PCs/phones for repair. We are not responsible for any PC power cords/adapters, PC accessories, bags or any other additional items.

We are not responsible for any prior visible damage or missing parts of equipment at the time equipment is checked in. We also cannot guarantee equipment repairs that have any liquid damage or red water indicators.

Check-In Fees & Authorization: At the time of equipment check-in you agree to all check-in fees. Check-in fees will be applied towards the end grand total of repair costs. You agree to all repair quotes of $X amount or less at time of equipment check-in and authorize us to proceed with the equipment repairs. If you are not given a repair quote at time of equipment check-in we will attempt to contact you with a quote with your provided contact info.

30-Day Pickup Policy: Once the repairs are completed you have 30 days to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the equipment from the date of the invoice. Equipment left over 30 days from the date of the invoice/completion will be considered abandoned and become property of Gator Computers, LLC. Gator Computers, LLC 30-day repair warranty begins on the date of the invoice (not the date the equipment is picked up).

No Refunds on Special Order Parts or Services.

Prior Damage & Functionality Disclaimer: Not responsible for prior damage, water damaged phones or anything that isn't working upon drop off. This includes but is not limited to:

• iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus home buttons

• iPhone X, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max Face ID

• iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max Face ID

• iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max Face ID

• iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max Face ID

• iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max Face ID

• iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max Face ID

We must be able to test the functionality of the device in order to verify if it is working or not.

By checking in your equipment with Gator Computers, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
