How long does it take?  Virus Removals usually are done same day, however it can take longer if the system has to be formatted and reinstalled or if data has to be backed up. What do I need to bring with me? We only need your pc tower or laptop. We will not need your monitor, keyboard, mouse or power cords unless otherwise needed. Please keep all of your power cords, power adapters, MiFi cards, Sims Cards and Memory Cards.  We are not responsible for those. We recommend the following products Avast AntiVirus, Malwarebyes and SuperAntiSpyware. If we have to reload your system please run Belarc Advisor to obtain your software codes and inportant licensing information.  After reloading your system we install the following programs. Adobe Reader X, Adobe Flash, Avast FreeAntivirus, SuperAntispyware Free, Malwarebytes, Open Office.Org, Microsoft Works, VLC Player, Roxio CD Creator, Java and ALL Windows Updates. SERVICE CALLS: For Virus Removals it is best that your bring your computer in to our shop.  We normally charge $40 for going on-site plus an additional $50.00 per hour on-site. It is best if you are able to bring your computer into our store. Remember we offer FREE ESTIMATES on all in store repairs and that does include businesses repairs during normal business hours. After hour service is charge for instore and service calls.  In store repairs and not charged on a hourly base.  We only charge based on the job with no plans to purchase.
