Gator Computers, LLC was estibilished in Louisville back in August 2008 by William and Billy McNeel, CPA. We carry and service a wide selection of desktop and laptop computers. We sell name brand computers such as: Apple, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, HP, IBM and many other leading brands such as the game computer brand Velocity as well as repairing cell phones all major brand cell phones including Blackberry.
We offer Lay -A -Way and RENT-2-OWN Plans making our computers affordable for everyone to own without third party fiancing.
We sell everything from your home personal desktop or laptop computer to business computer systems and even gaming computers. If we do not have what you are looking for we can even special order any system if you do not find anything in our large selection that meets your computer needs. If you are having computer problems please feel free to bring it by to us. We have the ability to fix nearly all computer problems that you are having.
OUR WARRANTY
REPAIRS:
We offer a 30 day warranty on all repairs that we fix. If there is problem please go to the contact us tab at the top or send me an email by requesting a claims form and I will be in touch. At this time we do not sell extended warranties on repair jobs.
If you purchase a computer from us, desktop or a laptop we stand behind our computers. Each computer is fully tested and updated before it is sold. We offer a 30 day limited warranty with every computer. We also offer extended warranty plans that go into effect after your 30 day warranty period. The 1 or 2 year extended warranty must be purchased within the 30 days of the date the computer was purchased.
We have a 1 year plan on items less than $798.00 for $75.00 and a 2 year plan for items less than $798.00 for $150.00.
We also have a warranty plan for items $800.00 and above. The 1 year extended warranty on an item $800.00 and above is $150.00. The 2 year extended warranty on an item $800 and above is $225.00.
These plans cover all hardware problems with your recent purchase. The only things the plan does not cover are physical damage, water damage software issues nor does it cover batteries. Batteries are not meant to last forever so we cannot stand behind batteries for over 30 days. If your battery is giving you trouble even if you did not purchase your computer from us please bring it by and we can order you a new battery.Extended Warranty Plans:
